Nagar Rising Half Marathon is a yearly event organized in Ahmednagar (Maharashtra), by the Nagar Rising Foundation. The Marathon takes place on the first Sunday of February consistently in support of World Cancer Day and to spread awareness for the same.
The motto of Nagar Rising Foundation is ‘Celebrating Health’ and contributes towards creating a Healthier Nation. The foundation also aims to be a catalyst for encouraging wider participation in Sports.
The 8th marathon will take place on 4th Feb 2024, In the making of a better tomorrow..

I thought it was one of the BEST ran races I have attended! We came a long way, you all showed us a great organized race, with loads of support and an amazing finish line! We hope to be back to run this gorgeous route again soon! Congrats on a job well done!
